As most of the Dyce Football Club followers will remember we unfortunately lost a few members of our committee during the close season and just before the start of season 2025-26.
In the last 4-5 months we have taken stock on our short-, medium- and long-term objectives and at the same time enacting a few initiatives in the Club that are starting to bring good outcomes and improvements for the Club going forward.
You will remember that we have held successful events, with a Corporate Golf Day at Newburgh and then our “Lunch with a Legend” – Business Lunch recognizing the unquantifiable contribution that our own Norman Mackay has given to Dyce FC and Scottish Junior Football over more than 60 years. Thankfully for all of us at Dyce FC, Norman continues to bring the same enthusiasm and commitment that he has always provided, and he is an example to all of us at Dyce FC.
Further to the above we are also excited to advise that we have been able to attract new blood, with fresh thinking to our committee, and at the same time we have updated our Club committee structure whereby each committee member has a responsibility towards specific areas, as also outlines below:-
• Honorary Chairperson – Norman Mackay
• Joint Vice-Chair + Club Secretary – Keith McIntosh
• Joint Vice-Chair – Kevin Massie
• Club Treasurer – Neil Yeoman
• Management / Coaching Representative – Marc Reid
• Committee Member responsible for HSE – Kevin Main
• Committee Member responsible for Sponsorship – Clark Mackay-Scott
• Committee Member responsible for Fundraising & Hospitality – Andy Farquhar
• Committee Member responsible for Player Liaison – Clare Donald
• Committee Member responsible for Welfare – Tracey McGorrin
• Committee Member responsible for Marketing / Media – Ciaran Lackie
The revised structure and committee responsibilities are able to draw on the considerable experience of both Norman and Keith McIntosh, who’s commitment and service to Dyce FC is quite frankly amazing, with both individuals being two of the most respected individuals involved in Scottish Junior Football.
We are very excited for the future, and are fully behind our Management & Coaching Team, led by Marc Reid, who has been a fantastic appointment for Dyce FC and the hard work at all levels in the football operations, covering the First Team, Under 21’s and Under 18’s and Scouting, will, finger crossed bare fruit, matching our short-, medium- and short-term objectives.
The contact area of the Dyce FC website will soon be updated with the above.
Thanks for all your continued support of Dyce FC, its is very much appreciated by all.
The Directors, Committee, Management and Coaching Staff of Dyce FC
